"Hotel Della Prassede was undergoing renovations and was not ready to accommodate us during our stay. We instead got transferred to a “farther” hotel, not a personal choice, which is lower star-rated. I think/feel that I even paid more for the services the alternative hotel (Orazia) have offered! I demand/expect due compensation for such inconvenience!"

"My family loved our stay here! We booked 2 rooms (we have teenage daughters), which was just right for us. The rooms are relatively small, but there is good storage for luggage. There is a very cool elevator, but its quite small. The location is fantastic! Right next to Santa Maria Maggiore, which is where Pope Francis was laid to rest. The restaurants right downstairs from the B&B were great, and it was so nice to be able to sit and dine or drink a cappuccino and watch the people and cars go...

"The apartment is clean in general but the shower needs some extra cleaning. The are two main issues: no air conditioner in the bedroom and hot water. The shower head is low pressure and the water heater doesn't sense the pressure. The only way to get hot water is to open the sink tap while you shower. Beyond that you must know there are a lot of steps to climb to get to the apartment. Now for the good things: location is very good, a few minutes walk to termini station and the coliseum. Nice...
