"Air handling unit broke in the middle of night one. Requested repairs were unable to be completed. Was moved to another room for night too. First room was in really bad shape. Second room was much nicer."

"The pool and spa were a little dirty, but still nice. We needed towels one morning because our room didn’t get cleaned for some reason one day and we didn’t get any new towels. Were a family of 5 with 3 littles after a long day at Disneyland so that was disappointing, then the morning we asked for towels we waited over 2 hours and called the front desk 3 times and still never received towels. Not sure if it was a miscommunication with the front desk and housekeeping but that was definitely a big reason we won’t be returning."

"Dont want to leave a bad review but im not sure if its the bed sheets or what. Me n my girlfriend woke up to some bites in our body but other then that everything else was good. Just bummed i didnt get to connect my console to the WiFi."

"The AC was so freaking loud! Not just the one in my room but the one next door too! I turned mine off all night and still had to deal with the noise. "

"Hotel in general is outdated, and run down. The beds for the most part were comfortable but the bunk beds have a light feature that doesn't work and sticks out making it very dangerous for children.The little kitchenette has a light fixture on the wall right above where you sit which everyone kept. The pool was dirty/gross and the towels are very old and need to be replaced. There is no lifeguards, and the people supervising at the waterslides are dressed in jeans and sweaters so I don't think they are there to assist in any emergencies. The breakfast was ok, other than the staff saying it was closed 15 min prior to closing. As well as the cleaning crew trying to clean our room 15 min prior to our checkout time. Besides that, the staff was overall friendly, but I am not sure I would stay here again."

"As always the service was excellent, the room was very clean and this time we had our view towards Disneyland and were able to see the fireworks from our room. "

"I would not stay here again. The carpet was so dirty it made the bottom of our feet brown. The next morning woke up with a sinus headache and stuffed up nose. The bathroom faucets leaked by the valves and made all our stuff on the counters wet. The Tv had no streaming service. So we couldn’t stream any of our apps."
