"We paid over 800.00 for a suite. It felt dirty. The bathroom was old and smelled and wasn't cleaned well. There was dust in the room. Just not clean. The bed felt like you'd roll off if you got too close to the sides. But if you slept in the middle it was ok. The lobby area is nice and the bar staff was great. Had the best fig and prosciutto pizza there. The valet staff was also great. There is no room service breakfast which is a real bummer. We'll look for better hotels next time. "

"This hotel is a more affordable option but it's an excellent choice. It's close to everything, clean, spacious and perfect for a family on a Disney trip. I highly recommend it! Free drinks for adults, close to restaurants and not a bad walk to the Disney park."

"Rooms are way out of date and dirty feeling. Tried calling house keeping and front desk multiple times for more towels and an extra blanket for the pull out bed and got not answer any of the times. Bed was hard and very squeaky. All the furniture was old and run down. Room smelled like cigarettes. Def not worth the price to stay there. Only good thing about this stay was the nice gym equipment and decent breakfast options. Will not stay here again."

"Everything is great, but their Internet service leaves a lot to be desired, it is super slow and the employees refuse to schedule your room cleaned, they tell you they only clean once every 7 days, I was there for a week and booked another week back to back, the front desk was very reticent to schedule a room cleaning, even when I explained that I was already there for a week. I am sure those directions come from management and not the staff."

"We have stayed here multiple times. Every time the room is clean, comfy, and the staff is helpful. Breakfast is ok for what it is. Literally a handful of minutes to get to get to Disneyland. "
