The location is unbeatable, right next to Napoli Centrale train station, which made getting around the city and traveling to places like Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast extremely convenient. Despite the busy area, the hotel felt peaceful and secure inside. Our room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options, both Italian and international. The coffee was also top-notch, just what you need to start your day in Italy. Highly recommend Starhotels Terminus for anyone visiting Naples—whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip!"

"We loved staying at the excelsior the it had an amazing view and rooms were huge and very clean and felt at home. The shuttle service was fantastic as if you like walking the Aldi Center is about 30min walk down steps… Maurizio and Antonio the drivers were so friendly and can’t thank them enough! "We stayed in room 603 of the Villa Rosita. The room was emaculate with a beautiful view of the bay and Mt. Vesuvius. The hotel staff and dining service was perfect. They helped arrange local boating tour and a local lemon and olive farm dining experience. The shuttle to Sorrento is awesome for shopping and dinning in town. It is beautiful view with quiet mountain villa vibe. 100% satisfied. "
