"I didn't stay ! After arriving and having the owner yelling at me and then yelling at Hotels.com rep. And feeling very unsafe, threatened, scared and locked in!! I left in absolute Tears. Even a man sitting on the bench out front says the owner is horriblen yelling all the time. Don't go here unless you're ready to battle.!!"
"The room was excellent. The entrance and sign (telling you that the reception is on the higher floor) should be improved for a smoother navigation in a very busy street. Salvatore and his brother, the host, were extremely kind and helpful. Ask them for good restaurants. Highly recommended. FYI, Please stay vigilant while walking in Naples city centre. Watch your mobile phone."

"The room was beautiful and the balcony too. It was a great experience. The location isn’t exactly ideal if you’re planning on walking a lot but if you like walking or use another form of transportation not bad at all. Close to mount Vesuvius. Located in Ercolano. Southeast of Naples. "
