The first room we got was very small, cramped, and facing a dirty backyard, which was a bit disappointing. However, the staff were incredibly helpful and quickly moved us to a nicer and brighter room, which made a huge difference. The area is quite rough, but the location is convenient. For a short stay in Naples, this is a very affordable option, and the helpful staff really improved our experience.

Hotel is located very close to the main Naples terminal with a lot of eating options close by. The hotel itself is very clean and maintained with one shared bathroom. The only issue I had was that there didn't seem to be quiet hours and the walls are very thin. If anyone is using the shared space at 1am like on my trip it does affect sleep.

The best thing about this property is the proximity to public transit. However, the city center is known to be filled with pick pockets and hustlers. Knowing this, we purchased pepper spray and purposely divided our money for safety. We never expected to be robbed by hotel staff which is exactly what happened. $180 Euro was taken while we were out for the day and the room was cleaned. Bags were moved and zipper placements were changed so we know each bag was searched. Very disappointed by hotel staff who did nothing but claim to "trust their staff". Well, trust is broken when a teenager's hard earned money is stolen and she is in tears. There are better options in this area. If you must stay here, my sincere suggestion is to reject housekeeping and bring a "Do Not Disturb" sign.

It is a quiet comfortable little hotel. The beds are not the best, the bathroom could be cleaner, but overall for 1 or 2 nights it is a perfect place to sleep. The main central station with a metro also is just about 6 minutes away.

Hotel is in a good spot read bad reviews but had no problems. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and cleaned in our 3 night stay. Just be aware at night (late) as in any big cities.

Nice basic hotel, very close to station. Clean, beds okay, be open minded. The area seems dodgy around the hotel, but it's actually not and all the folk we encountered were friendly. Some great pizza places within 10 minutes walk north.

This is a very old, no-frills hotel near the central train station in Naples. If you just want to save money with a bare bones room, this place is sufficient, and the desk staff are very nice. There just isn’t much in the way of perks - no breakfast offered, and beds that are hard as a rock (which is somewhat normal for Italy though). It did the job for a one night stay, but I probably wouldn’t book for an extended trip.

Good value for the price . Clean tecently renovated room and bathroom . Reception staff very patient and efficient . Good location for those transiting to airport or train station or visiting Naples for 2-3 days . Also a short walk to historic centre . Some visitors may be detereed by the area but thats what one expects around most train stations .

Alright but nothing to write home about

Room was ok, but noting special. It's close to the station and had late check-in which were ideal for us. If you're not arriving late and don't need to be close to the station for an early departure, then you can probably find better for the money.

on arriving the first impression of the entrance is very disappointing , dirty and probably not decorated for many many years. however my room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and its only 5 minutes from the railway station. so if you can look past the entrance the room was good.

It is not a hotel in the sense most people would consider a hotel. It is one floor of an apartment building. Area is filthy and very sketch . It was close to metro station. Staff was nice . Do not rent the shared bathroom . Shower was always clogged up . It had Spiders and mosquitoes in it often. Naples it very dirty and filled with shady people that just walk around or sell things on cardboard at all hours of the night. Police were friendly. WiFi worked well. AC worked but could not adjust it much. .

Handy hotel but not with a family

We stayed here for two nights and the location was great if you use a train to get in and out of the city, but expensive if you park a car. The room was comfortable but not really for a family with a young child due to it being very basic and not the cleanest. I would stay here if I backpacked, which would be much more suitable. The staff on the front desk were very kind and helpful, they gave us many recommendations of restaurants and experiences. Lastly I need to add, the location of the hotel is next to the main train station which is renowned for not being too safe. We were safe every time we went out but only stayed out whilst the sun was visible due to having a baby and there were lots of army/police by the train station due to the amount of junkies locally. Cheap and easy hotel if not with a family!
