"Pros: City Center close by for shopping and restaurants. Next door is a library, Trader Joe’s, Starbucks and places to eat. Across the street is Central Park which is great for kids. We got the pool to ourselves most of the time. Cons: Dated and dirty! Carpets were filthy which made the kids’ feet black. Curtains and surfaces dusty. Very basic bathroom/shower tub and toiletries.
