"Staff was helpful and very accommodating. I had a room facing the plaza—it was a tad loud celebrating a feast day, but also a joy to be around. I knew it would be loud in the plaza (from reading previous reviews) and didn’t mind. Walls were a tad thin though, I had a room right under the stairs, so I could hear everyone coming up and down. My bathroom window also oddly opened up just under the stairs as well. But my room had 2 beds, a desk, a chair, and an area to put my belongings. It was nice...

"Son una ESTAFA , cuando llegamos al lugar supuestamente ellos ya no eran los dueños y no eran los dueños , pero lo más que hablamos con ellos nos dimos cuenta que si lo eran y que estaban encargados de la propiedad y que solo decidieron darle a nuestra habitación a otras personas . Si no fue que expedía nos da la opción de pagar en el lugar hubiéramos pagado dos veces . Tenga cuidado antes de hacer una reservación con este lugar en específico."

"Augustin was AMAZING. We arrived late due to a medical emergency, and he was there to greet us and open the gate for us on arrival. There is no parking on site, and the parking nearby was closed when we arrived, so Augustin hopped in the car and helped us with the parking! He insisted on carrying all of our luggage to and from the room, and when we left very early in the morning he was there to help us load the car. What a gem. "The place is close to the center. That is a nice thing. San Pedro Market is just around the corner. The staff was friendly but did not speak a lot of english and when we had to check out we where charged with 5% extra because of a credit card service charge. Not cool when you are out of cash because you are heading out of the country. "

"This was a nice little hotel on a small street near the old part of downtown Cusco. A family runs the hotel and were very friendly and accomodating to us during our stay. We enjoyed our breakfasts and conversing with family members at the front desk and lobby area. We would definitely stay there again given the opportunity."
