The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful - every single detail is taken care of before you even arrive. Our rooms were beautiful - the bed was comfortable, the room was extremely clean but most of all the details were remarkable. They placed hot water bottles to warm our bed, chocolate, tea, and filtered water were placed in our room. We stayed here twice during our trip to Peru, we weren't feeling the best (altitude sickness) but staying here made us feel comfortable. We would give this hotel a million stars and hope to visit again. The location is perfect, we walked everywhere, it's quiet, the bar, restaurant and complimentary breakfast are excellent, the outdoor space is relaxing, you won't find a more accommodating staff, and you'll appreciate all of the detail that went into designing this hotel. This hotel has it all! If you are thinking about booking this hotel just do it, it's simply the best! "
