"Hotel is old and has not been renovated, bathroom missing towel rack. No hangers, fortunately I had my own. Room was clean and does have a nice view, across the street from the harbor. Ice machines on all 3 floors were not working. "

"Booked a one-night stay before a cruise celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday. Since it was a milestone event, I selected what seemed to be one of the most upscale hotels available. We were frankly disappointed, however. Overall the staff was excellent and the lobby was lovely. The guest room, however, was pretty dated. The carpet was ripped in places, the upholstery on a chair had a hole with stuffing coming out, and the bathroom was way past its prime with super sloppy paint and caulking...
