"I enjoyednmy visit very much. I arrived at the hotel late in the evening. However, I was sent clear instructions of how to enter the hotel. Everything was very releaxed but felt very trusting. I was visiting the Marmomac Stone Show. So the Hotel was in a good postion to reach Piazza Bra and was locates next to a bis stop for the show. Very conveniently located. "

The 3rd one we had to do it outside the building, under the sun at 35 degrees centigrades because they didn't have the confirmation of the previous checkins in their system, evethough ee already had received the confirmation #.
