"It was perfect for my visit to see my kids at college. Close by and cute area! Nice area for a hilly run in the morning too! Such a beautiful area!"

"When we arrived at property we were supposed to enter through the back door. The door was not closed and it looked as it had been forced open as the interior frame was pulled away from the wall. The front door did not even have a functional lock on it and could not be secured. The "private" bathroom was in the common area and the area was run down. When trying to contact the property went to voicemail. Luckily hotels.com was able to relocate us to a better place since this property was not safe to stay in. The property should be removed from reputable places to stay at. Avoid this property at all costs."

"This was quite possibly one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed in. The listing is very accurate, and the house was super clean and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood near Texas State University. It was spacious and perfect for families with a pet. 10/10 would stay here again! The owners were very easy to communicate with, which we appreciated greatly. The fridge even had waters, sodas and a bottle of wine inside. Very, very impressed with this stay! "

"Beautiful property was perfect for our big family. Lots of room to get ready for a wedding and play outside. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate but this would be a great summer vacation or family reunion accommodation. Would love to know the history of the compound. "
