"Wow— my husband, myself, our 2 kids (6 & 8), and my mom stayed at this lovely property for 4 nights. I totally want to come back!! I woke up each morning and caught the sunrise on the back deck— breathtaking. The kids loved exploring the property daily— we saw so much wildlife, climbed some rock walls, walked along the creek bed, hiked, and took in the views. The house itself is so homey, and was equipped with everything we needed to cook and stay comfortable. The property is the perfect distance to downtown Durango, where we ate, white water rafted, went horseback riding, shopped, and caught the steam engine to cascade canyon. EPIC! We also took a day trip (30 minute ride!!) to Purgatory Resort for a fun filled day. We would love to come back here again, for SURE!! "

"We have been to Durango many times and have always wanted to stay at this property because of all the fun things they have for the kids. We decided to splurge this year and my kids had a blast. "The front lawn is amazing and the yard games they provided were so much fun! The property is large and has plenty of spaces for a large group. The property was well stocked for our group. The extra frigerators in the garage were an added bonus. The location just north of Durango is quiet with breathtaking views of the red cliffs. The property managers were attentive and responsive. Our only feedback is to carefully read the contract reguarding extra fees (ie. Early check in/late check out, hot tub water overspill). Some of them seems a bit unnecessary for the property, but if you are aware of them ahead of time it is okay. "

"Beautiful property tucked back next to a creek- very private- only 1/2 mile from the Durango Hot Springs Resort which was the highlight of our trip! Beautiful house with comfy beds. This house was stocked with everything we needed for a 2 night stay, we didn’t have to bring anything but ourselves! "
