"It was a little difficult to find, however we made it. Loved, Loved, did I mentioned that we Loved it there. So gracious host we so loved them, so very nice and caring people. We cried to leave this beautiful area. The gardener did not speak English but was so very friendly. We Loved the dog's they had, Rottweilers so so friendly, we got some treats to give them and they showed up every morning like they knew us forever. They came to visit us in the morning while we sat on the patio."

"The rooms a very unique and they property is beautiful. We had tiny bats roosting on our villa and it was fabulous to watch them swoop and dive over the river in the evening. The owner & staff were lovely although my lack of Spanish made communication difficult. There was few maintenance issues, and the room it’s self could do with a little love."

The house has everything you need, including a compressor that came in handy when we discovered one of the tires on our car rental was very low. "This is the most beautiful place I've ever stayed on vacation. It has everything you need -- fully outfitted kitchen(s), comfortable beds, pool, lovely gardens, very close proximity to the ocean (1 minute walk), and ocean views from both levels. The architecture and gardens are breath taking! It is located close to several amenities such as a corner store, restaurants and tours. We went ziplining (20 minutes away) and took a mangrove tour which was just over an hour away. Best vacation ever!"

"My family and I had a great stay. The home is beautiful, great pool and amazing views. Location is perfect for privacy but close to town. I would come back. There are only a few draw backs. One being there is a drainage issues with the showers. If you are taking showers at the same time in both rooms the water backs up pretty bad. Also there is a smell of sewage after a shower is taken.
