"Amazing home nestled atop a mountain. Beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean from all rooms! Definitely want a 4 wheel drive vehicle to make it up the steep drive but it's worth it. Close to restaurants in dominical and many attractions are within a 30 min - 45 min drive from the home."

"Most amazing place we’ve ever stayed. View is breathtaking. Exactly what we were hoping for, jungle stay out of the city. Drive is as others describe, very steep and rough. You need four wheel drive. We got the chef service with Rambo and made the stay so much easier as the grocery store is not super close. Would stay again. We had 4 adults and 4 kids with plenty of room. all were amazed with the place."

"Loved every minute of being here! Beautiful views all around! The main part of the house is completely opened to outside! Which we loved. We felt very safe at all times! We heard monkeys and saw a toucan. Tons of butterflies and hummingbirds flying all around! Dennis the property manager was very helpful and always available! "We stayed for six weeks in this beautiful mountainside property. It was exactly what we wanted - restful and relaxing. The property is at the top of a steep hill and is somewhat isolated so a car is required. We did not intend to travel around very much and were happy to take up Vera's offer to rent their car now and again. It worked very well for us. "There were 11 of us. We loved the house and Rambo our concierge and chef. Rambo knew everything about the area including contacts with the different excursions near VDF. Without him, we would have struggled to know where to go, where to park if we had gotten our own van, etc. Whether we were out and about or stayed at the house, we loved every minute!"

"This was a great pick for us. Accessibility to the beach was easy. The beach was huge, and the water is the warmest i have ever encountered. Ron was a very helpful resource. Beach chairs and boogie boards small cooler all helped to make our vacation fabulous. Got some great pics of the sloth on the property.
