"Excellent stay, the property is clean modern and very spacious. I stayed in Villa 1 which had plenty of space for me and my wife. The room had a nice kitchen area with a large fridge / cutlery, cups etc , a comfortable bed and a clean modern bathroom. The property is located within walking distance to one of the entrances to Marino Ballena national park and provides secure parking with an electric gate. Overall I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend to stay at Cedrela Beach Villas....

"ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HOME. Best home in Costa Rica! The view, the villa, the pool was perfect! Little scary to drive at first but once you get the hang of it it’s fun! Must have 4x4! Every morning was like waking up to sounds of the jungle and enjoying the view! I wish I could have stayed for another week. Our house managers were super helpful and the owners are Amazing! Sent me recommendations and helped me with my itinerary. My 30th birthday was extra special because of this house. Thank you...

"Casa muy grande y muy cómoda. De fácil acceso. Cerca de San José. La casa muy cerca del centro de Pérez Zeledón, con muchos supermercados , panaderías y farmacias disponibles. Excelente campo para mascotas. Un 100 por permitir mascotas sin restricciones de tamaño. Contacto 100% con la naturaleza. Payton es un gran anfitrión. La renta incluye personal de servicio y limpieza de la piscina cada dos días, lo cual es excelente. Katerine y Yorky fueron muy amables siempre."

"Haus was the best place we’ve ever stayed in Costa Rica. Views were amazing, Haus was very clean and as advertised. Pool was awesome. Recommendation should be to have 4 wheel drive just for the driveway. It is very steep but not a problem. We will be back."

"The property was well maintained and the houses were stocked with everything you might need, down to laundry detergent! The beach out front was beautiful and basically private. The location is close to town and felt very safe. There is a grounds keeper on the property at all times, they are very friendly and helpful, but you practically don’t notice them. It was great for our group!"

"This rental is exactly as pictured. The hosts are wonderful answering any questions . The area is remote do you really get a nice experience of the culture. The views of wildlife and the beach are stunning. Plenty of space to be extremely comfortable with 7 or more. Definitely need a car as they suggest. Something for everyone pool, beach, authentic culture, wildlife. Hands down will stay again "

"We stayed here as a family of 4. Absolutely beautiful home and property. My kids loved the pool and each having their own bathroom. We watched toucans and other birds in the trees and iguanas, Jesus lizards and geckos run around the grounds. A/C in the bedrooms was lovely. The living room and kitchen could be a bit stuffy in the middle of the day, but we were out by the pool during those hours anyway!"
