"This is a great location near a huge shopping mall, just a walking distance from the hotel. The mall has many restaurants, movie theater and plenty of parking space. The hotel restaurant staff is friendly and attentive. The free breakfast buffet was wonderful; many healthy choices to choose from. Yummy papaya every morning -the best! The front desk staff is always on site and ready to answer any question. We used the business center amenities, which were a blessing at the time needed. ...

"I was somewhat disappointed with the Aloft Housekeeping. They always forgot something needed in the room. One day, they left no bottled water; the second day, they did not provide toilet paper; and the third day, they forgot to leave face and hand towels. Of course, the Front Desk was very helpful in solving the issues. The bed was fine, the TV worked ok, and the working desk was good enough to work. Breakfast was okay, but I did not expect a great deal. The people were friendly and helpful....
