"Beautiful hotel and great service, with a few areas to improve I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Bastión. The property is beautiful, luxurious, and truly welcoming. The design and atmosphere create a unique experience, and the staff was kind and professional throughout my visit. However, I did have to leave one night earlier than planned due to a force majeure situation, and I found the hotel to be rather inflexible about adjusting the reservation accordingly. It would have been appreciated to receive a bit more understanding in that regard. The only real downside was breakfast — both in terms of quality and the time it took to get service from the kitchen. There's definitely room for improvement there. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would gladly return."

The housekeeping staff were very professional; they left the room clean every day and were extremely attentive to the guests' needs. The only thing I would have liked to improve was the hotel's facade; painting the outside would have made it look better."

"The staff was very warm, welcoming and professional. The room and facilities are very nice, but we had a few issues with plumbing fixture in the bathroom and water pressure. Other than those issues, everything was excellent. Rooms were maintained well during visit. The hotel restaurants (Jardin and 1612) and bar onsite were excellent. Great stay overall and I do recommend."
