"The staff was so kind and went out of their way to continually check in on us and accommodate for our needs. We were even permitted a room change on our second day so that we could have a room with a street view balcony. The property is beautiful, quiet, and clean. "Well equiped apartment in an excellent location. Very good air conditioning. Very clean and comfortable bed. Good bathroom but only luke warm water. Washing m/c and dryer was a lifesaver with how many changes of clothes i had to do daily because of the heat. Excellent wifi. Had a secure safe. Local music at night on weekend but welcome to Cartagena! Did not bother me. Nice welcome package with fruit and cookies. Excellent host. Very accomodating"
