"The parking lot entrance and exit was a disaster. Every time we went in and out was confusing. I know it was not only us because the office had to radio a staff member to go help cars exiting. The hotel needs another method for parking."

"The building is beautifully kept. The elevators are super quick. Our room was clean, cold and just comfortable- our beds were really comfy. The staff were extremely helpful and continued to check in on us while we ate dinner and breakfast. The hotel is wheelchair friendly, from entrance, to elevators and all the way up to the rooftop pool, has wheelchair accessibility. "

"Clean room and amenities. As an Intercontinental is supposed to be. The location is convenient but it is not in the most commercial/crowded part of the river walk. That can be good if you want more calm vs the Hyatt or the Westin. Parking location in the next block for US$30/night + taxes"
