"The staff were brilliant, kind, polite and helpful. The beds were very hard and the bathrooms need upgrading as well as the air conditioning. We upgraded to a deluxe room and found it strange that the tv was in front of the beds and not in the seating area. There were not enough plug sockets either. They also need to stop the chinese visitors from smoking in their rooms as this came through our air conditioning unit which was annoying as we don't smoke and it is supposed to be a no smoking...

"The price and location couldn't be better. Walking distance to everything in Bangkok, and taxis abound out front for anything further. Morning breakfast is awesome. Pool is nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. Shops inside hotel, and good amenities all around. It's obvious this hotel has seen better days, and is showing some signs of wear and tear. Directly outside is a mass of homeless people who use the exterior wall of the hotel as a urinal at all hours of the day. They aren't...
