"Very clean, have stayed there before. Unfortunately I left a pair of sunglasses in the case in the room. I know exactly where they were. It was my mistake by not checking the room properly. But after sending an email within the hour of leaving, the reply I received stated that they were not in the room. So it's my conclusion that, whoever checked my room will now be in possession of a very good pair of sunglasses. Enjoy them, because you won't get the chance again. "

"Room is nice and had a great view from the 18th floor however you will hear the noise from the bar late into the night from above. Breakfast was great and club lounge was worth it. The area of the hotel is near transportation, shopping, massage and the red light district. One free drink per person was explained away as the welcome juice they provided on check in. Otherwise a nice stay."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and the experience has always been consistent. The hotel is clean, breakfast is good, and the location is excellent and easily accessible. Amenities are well provided and replenished daily. The staff are friendly and attentive, especially Tim Cee. After assisting another guest with luggage to the car, he kindly helped us arrange a car when we were unable to secure a Grab. The only thing missing this time was the welcome drinks."

"Nice room Shower could have been better, whole bath floor got wet when we had a shower. Rooftop pool and bar was nice. Indoor restaurant and bar looked nice, did not get a chance to use."
