"We had an AMAZNG TIME. When we arrive the staff welcomed us warmly and knew that we were returning after 20 years! I had a knew accident and they had a doctor come immediately and set me up at a fabulous local hospital where i got A+ treatment -- and wheni returned there were flowers in the room with a Get well card signed by the staff. We had a wonderful time and were treated like family. Thanks so much! We lover the Oriental!"

Central Bangkok can overwhelm with it's dense crowds, hectic traffic, and tiny alleys, but the Praya Palazzo's private water taxi over the river whisks you away from all that to a stately and secluded refuge. "Welcome staff annoying and needed big deposit for our stay. We got excess charges of our room rate . Waiting to be refunded. The charges posted from Expedia could have been enough. The extra deposit was not used and unnecessary because our credit card was handy in using the facilities. Restaurant was expensive. "
