The staff were super accommodating to all of our requests. The pool is a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of busy Bangkok. "Welcome staff annoying and needed big deposit for our stay. We got excess charges of our room rate . Waiting to be refunded. The charges posted from Expedia could have been enough. The extra deposit was not used and unnecessary because our credit card was handy in using the facilities. Restaurant was expensive. "
