"Great water park included, beautiful jazz club, newly renovated room in the west tower, great maid service for our room, nice beaches and vibe. But overall service at the resort is perfunctory at best and in no way indicative of the five star room rates, but I think that’s also just a Bahamas thing. On site restaurants are hard to book, so plan ahead. Food was hit or miss. Leola and Marcus were great. Sugar Factory and Regatta Buffett were very mediocre but just as expensive."

Infinity pool, ocean is steps away from resort, beach bar and restaurant offers friendly services. There is no nightly entertainment. This resort is suitable for families who likes relaxing nights, Baha mar resort is 4 minutes drive which is $20 for 2 people. Baha mar has a casino, lobby music on weekend, jazz bar(for a fee), Bond dance club, good restaurants. "

"One of our favourite stays in the world. Have returned three times now and will be keeping it in the rotation. Restaurant staff are always on Bahamian time, but the drivers (to Old Fort), Freddy at the pool bar, and the turn-down staff are extra kind, and we always appreciate them."
