"The room could have used a better cleaning. I removed a huge cob web and the fridge was leaking some water and when we wiped it up the paper towel was dirty from the floor. With this said the staff is so nice and you can’t beat the location and price."

"The hotel was fine, but two things that are easy fixes were pretty aggravating. First we arrived around 5:00 pm with check-in at 4. We were told that our room was not ready and it was needing final checks by the hotel staff. I asked specifically how long that might be, and the response was “maybe 20 or 30 minutes”. As I was being told this I heard another guest ask when his room would be ready because he had waited for over an hour. They said his room was now ready. We waited for over an hour and I returned to the front desk and asked if I could get an updated time. 2 minutes later my room was ready this was after 6 pm so more than two hours after our check in time. While we were waiting I heard at least 3 other guests be told that their rooms weren’t ready. I understand that delays happen, but clearly this was a larger issue than a single room not being ready. It would have been nice to be notified prior to our arrival to let us know there would be delays. If there is widespread delays it seems like an easy fix to send a simple email or text letting guests know. The 2nd aggravating and somewhat amusing item was that upon checkout I asked what the “destination charge” was for and one of the items was “to help cover costs for complimentary drinks offered during check-in”. So I’m being charged at checkout so that the hotel can offer “complimentary” drinks while I check-in. The front drive staff was phenomenal. Overall, the hotel is nice and the location is great."

"I ended up not staying at the hotel. The hotel is immediately outside the airport entrance. We arrived at 11:00pm and called the hotel for the airport shuttle. The reception desk said it would be 45 minutes to an hour for the shuttle to get to the airport because “it was currently nowhere near the airport.” After a long day of travel I was too exhausted to wait that long. I had called the hotel twice before the trip to ensure that the shuttle would be available at that time of night. Each time I was assured that the shuttle would be available and would only take 10-15 minutes to pick us up. I ended up making a reservation at a hotel located farther away and getting picked up before your shuttle ever arrived. Pathetic. Other drivers in the hotel shuttle area told us that your hotel doesn’t even have a driver but were looking for one. Great way to get rid of customers- lie to them about such a basic thing."

"Hard to find something I could eat with restrictions. No one monitoring pool, tons of kids not sure where parents were, playing with pool equipment, running on wet concrete, jumping in and out of pool and hot tub, not as relaxing. Didn't say how many could be in there. Check in tried getting in early, then long waits whether for check in/out or purchases made. Asked employee about getting salt, he just said "NO!" I asked even in kitchen area, my partner was having horrible sore throat was trying to make salt water to gargle, but would not help."

"I didn't like the they only cleaned every 3 days and I was there for 5 days. I had to ask for cleaning crew to come in to clean the bathroom again my first night. I was not informed that there was a resort fee at the end of my check out and I also paid taxes and other fees. The breakfast layout was excellent. A few of the staff personality and character was excellent. I will recommend this place again as a stay now that I know that they do charge you a result fee. They say that they have a shuttle which they did not have available."
