"The hotel desk employee was very helpful and booked a taxi for me. My flight (first of three flights) had been cancelled, and then I had to leave earlier than expected. Unfortunately, I could not stay for breakfast. In fact, I had to leave at 2:30 a.m., and I did not feel safe waiting for the taxi because two disheveled-looking mean saw me waiting with my suitcase, after I had locked my key inside the hotel.
