"I arrived late and left early, so I didn't get to explore Hamburg at all. The hotel's location is great for access to the railway station. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and I appreciated there being oat milk. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, however there was no air-conditioning and it was a little stuffy. Also I think the use of plastic cups is not environmentally friendly."

"Hotel and staff were wonderful. It’s in very good shape and the room service menu was great and reasonable price. Only negatives: the bathroom door is all glass and on a track that makes quite a bit of noise and lets all the bathroom light into the bedroom. So if someone uses the bathroom at night - we woke each other up a bunch. Had an issue with a subpar meal from room service but the hotel manager graciously comped it and treated us to a breakfast.
