Basic budget hotel

Check in was very problematic and even though I had a king size bed I was only giving a single duvet and 1 pillow. Location is ok but there is roadworks outside the hotel

The place was nice and we enjoyed breakfast variety on the table and they have vegetarian food too my favorite was fresh fruit salad and home made smoothies everyday. Staffs very friendly and English speaking. The place is walkable to many places. 👍

The hotel felt like an 80s dorm. There were always groups of people hanging around outside smoking which was gross. If you like bright colours and student vibes this is the hotel for you.

Expedia offering room with 1 bed for 3 people, although other sites are offering 2 rooms for this case. Customer service is not helpful! If you are a family with 4 people, Expedia will offer you again same room with 1 bed! This is not logical. They are insisting to do same wrong although hotel informed them. That was terrible experience.

It was overpriced. Booked for 3 people and i wasnt told we need to adjust on a king bed and no space for extra bed. How ever the charges were more tha booking same room for two.no additional bedding was given despite requesting till next day.thw reception and bar ataff were excelled and tried making up for these shortcomings. I would not be staying at this hite again

The check in process was absolutely horrible. The receptionists are there and had nothing to do, but they still wanted everyone to check in through the machine. They didn't send the reservation number per email which meant I couldn't check in through the kiosk. Then the receptionist checked on her computer to find out my reservation number and then sent me back to the machine instead of just checking me in. Then the machine didn't even work and I had to come back to them to finish the check in. A total train wreck. The room itself is dirty and barer than a hostel. Not even a single glas is available in the bathroom, no complementary water. I might as well have stayed at a hostel for 1/3 of the price and had a better experience.

Bad stay. Low service.

We had booked a room for 2 adults and an almost 12 yo. When we arrived, we were told that there was only one bed in the room. No child beds or couch. All rooms where the same. We could cancel or accept. It was not a nice night If they accepted 3 persons there should be room for 3 persons, or we should be offered an extra room for free, or they could have checked with another Radisson hotel if they had room. There were only towels for 2, and we had to get a blanket/pillow from the reception. This was all way below the service we are used to. Parking all sold out - and reception no able to help. Best service was the bartender, who could tell where we could likely find street parking nearby. Breakfast was somewhat chaotic. Too many people too few tables, and they did not open the next room. Staff overworked and not happy. Overall way below the standard we usually expect and get. Will try to avoid prizottel when going on business travels.

Lage super; man kann die Speicherstadt zu Fuß erreichen (etwa eine halbe Stunde) oder den Bus nehmen (Haltestelle 5 min. vom Hotel). Das Hotel ist an sich gut erhlten, allerdings war der Teppich in unserem Zimmer (Zimmer 111) echt schon gast versifft, also hier könnten die wirklich mal ne Teppichreinigung vornehmen. Ansonsten alles gut, Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Achso, für 3 Personen reicht das Bett definitiv nicht aus, auch wenn das buchbar ist, würde ich nicht machen, weil es echt eng wird.

Perfekt für alle, die schon immer mal in einem dreckigen Zimmer mit fleckigem Teppich und haarigem Bad übernachten wollten! Gebucht für 3 Personen, aber nur 1 Bett – Gruppenkuscheln inklusive. Das Personal glänzte mit Desinteresse und null Problemlösungen. Statt Hilfe gab’s Smalltalk an der Rezeption und Schnaps an der Bar – vom Mitarbeiter, wohlgemerkt. Parkplatz für 22 € pro Tag? Klar doch! Ein Erlebnis, das man (leider) nicht vergisst.

Ich bin sehr angetan von diesem Hotel, rund um die Uhr besetzt, fußläufig zum Hbf, freundlich, sauber und jederzeit kann man sich warme Getränke nehmen, so dass auch ein Kaffee ohne Frühstück im Service enthalten war. Großartig, ich komme wieder!
