I have been to Hamburg a few times, and this hotel always catches my eye. The name is actually special to me. This trip, I decided to spend a few nights here. The stay was amazing. The check in was quick and the receptionist was super helpful with the layout of the hotel. I had help getting my bags to my room, which was more than helpful. I love the mini bar, well stocked. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. I loved to wake up and see the city, before heading out for my day. I felt safe the whole time too. It was walkable from the train station and to the city for shopping. Next time I am in Hamburg, I will be sure to book here again.

The hotel has some clear areas to improve; the pillows were way to soft, it was like there were no filling at all. Secondly; we tried to restaurant for dinner but the salmon (entre plate) had a chili taste so strong that I couldnt finish the plate. The staff apologized.

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht im Hotel und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Zimmer haben sehr bequeme Betten & vor allem Kissen, die nicht viel zu hoch sind. Sehr sauberes Zimmer, ein Parkplatz direkt unter dem Hotel und ausgezeichnetes Frühstück.

Das Hotel wird bereits renoviert und ist eigentlich sehr gut, wenn man etwas genauer hinsieht merkt man paar Sachen, personal alle top, Rezeption, Frühstück auch top, die Lage ist man schnell in der Stadt , dass unter der Brücken neben dem Hotel die Menschen schlafen ist leider wie in diversen Großstädten leider Alltag. Das Zimmer, Bett alles war super, die Couch in der 315 hatte Flecken und mein Zimmer ich glaube Jr. Suite 215 waren die ganzen Armaturen verätzt diese sollten getauscht werden kann man bei Amazon bestellen . Aber die Reinigungsmittel sollten passen oder Reinigungsfirma in Rechnung stellen. Ich hab gut geschlafen und die kleine Lounge mit Snacks und Drinks war nice und auch die minibar ein kostenloses Extra. Coffe / tea station auch im Zimmer. Danke an das mette Personal auch beim Frühstück wir hatten sogar etwas Kanal Blick und Boote vor der Tür sehr schön. Flure sehr dunkel und keine Deko oder Bilder vielleicht würden etwas hellere Farben die Stimmung aufhellen
