"This property is directly across from the train station so it’s a great location if you are on the go. It is further away from the main Kyoto strip that we spent most of our time. I wish I had known that before booking but otherwise it was a great stay."

Lovely room, great bathtub, lovely welcome area with drinks and snacks and amazing breakfast / I tried all the local dishes including the silky tofu, beef Kobe curry and sticky rice, delicious french toast and wafers with red bean paste and chestnuts and the teriyaki sandwhiches. All amazing. Thank you for a great stay. "

"My family of 6 stayed here for 5 days, 4 nights. The hotel is in a super convenient location. There is a path that connects the hotel directly to the train station. So clean and spacious. Amazing skin care/face wash/shampoo/conditioners provided. The hotel smells amazing. Rooftop access gives beautiful views of Kyoto. Would definitely stay here again. The hotel staff were very helpful and helped us ship our luggages from here to the next hotel in Osaka! Cannot praise this hotel enough."

"Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in kyoto. Quiet, fresh and clean, very comfortable, super convenient (across from bus and train station) and lovely surroundings (didn’t feel like a concrete jungle). Starbucks and convenience store right beside us. Of all the places we visited in Kyoto during our tours we continually agreed that this hotel made for the best home base. Breakfast buffet was wonderful! "
