From the moment we arrived until we left, there was nothing that was overlooked. staff extremely helpful and attentive, room was spectacular. the swim up suites are beyond luxurious. the choice of restaurants were great, and the food was wonderful. Really enjoyed the adults only areas provided. "

"In all the years that I have been travelling to Egypt, I have never met such kind, caring and friendly staff at all levels. The food was good with plenty of variety, the accommodation although somewhat dated in places was excellent in those that have been updated. The crowning glory is the wonderful flat sandy beach with good cover from lifeguards and beach attendants. There was no shortage of sunbeds, so no need to be up at dawn to reserve."

"Our experience was not good, but the facility had not really started up. we were in a show apartment. If you were to try it after May or June, 2010, it will likely be better, but I would check on restaurant availability and how many rooms are available and occupied"
