It was amazing the staff and the hotel. We also booked a trip at the hotel to Luxor and that was amazing. Dont miss to snorkel by the beach.

This place was amazing! The views were great and peaceful. It was super clean and staff were amazing. The only issue is that the pools and hot tub close right before dark. It would be nice if they were open in the evening.

Great resort location in the door step of the beach. All food and drinks included with amazing clean rooms and absolutely amazing staff from reception to the bar staff to the wait staff, absolutely everybody. Also a great locations for activities, not too close and not too far away. Super family friendly as well, it was 10/10.

When we booked the hotel we totally missed that it is an all inclusive resort. Normally it is not our preferred type of hotel but we were positively surprised in general. The room was nice, the free drinks didn't give too much headache, most personnel was nice (some exceptions behind the bars and the reception). A little bit too much action by the pool with water gym etc. But overall we had some good days here

Bra ren hotel med bra personal . Inte luxury som namnet men på god väg . Gratis bubbel pool och åtta ala cart restauranger. Bra matutbud med som alla resorts är det mycket folk i salen . Man kan även nyttja Hotel Pyramisa som ligger byggnaden brevid. Fin strand men vackert vatten. Inga jobbiga säljare som är påstridiga. Utsikt från rum med pool utsikt som bild.

Wir haben kürzlich einen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel verbracht und leider gibt es einige negative Punkte, die wir anmerken müssen. Zunächst ist das Hotel extrem hellhörig. Es war fast unmöglich, Ruhe zu finden, da man sämtliche Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern und dem Flur mitbekam, von den lauten Bühnenpartys ganz zu schweigen. Das Zimmer selbst war leider lieblos eingerichtet und wirkte karg, in der Dusche fehlte leider auch die Ablagemöglichkeit für Shampoos. Die À-la-carte-Restaurants boten praktisch das gleiche Essen wie im Buffet, was wenig Abwechslung versprach. Zu allem Überfluss gab es nur Dosenbier, und Wein wurde ausschließlich als trockene Variante angeboten, was nicht jedermanns Geschmack ist. Am Strand waren die meisten Liegen schon frühmorgens reserviert, sodass es schwierig war, eine freie zu finden. Das Buffetrestaurant erinnerte mehr an eine Kantine als an ein gemütliches Restaurant, was die Atmosphäre deutlich trübte, jedoch war die Auswahl an Essen groß und für jeden war etwas da. Der Außenbereich des Buffetrestaurants wurde mit einer sehr großen Leinwand auf dem Wiederholungen von vergangenen Fußballspielen liefen geschmückt, welches das ganze wieder extrem ungemütlich machte. Besonders unangenehm fand ich es, zu beobachten, wie einige Mitarbeiter von den höher gestellten Kollegen streng geschimpft wurden. Das hinterlässt einen negativen Eindruck und hat das Wohlfühlambiente stark beeinträchtigt. Strand, Service, Mostafa

Am Strand werden vor 8:00 schon liegen von den Mitarbeitern reserviert , für Kunden die am Tag vorher Trinkgeld geben. Getränke kommen erst nach 40 min wenn kein Trinkgeld gegeben wurde. Zimmer sind keine 5 Sterne Standards . Essensauswahl ist nicht zu groß, jedoch auch nicht für jeden Geschmack. Die a la Cart Restaurants sind sehr schlecht. Mitarbeiter werden schnell aggressiv. Minibar wurde nach 3 maliger Aufforderung aufgefüllt. Das pyramisa Hotel neben an gehört auch dazu, sodass die Kunden aus dem Pyramisa das Luxury nutzen. Hier wird sehr stark unterschieden zwischen Einheimischen und Europäer. Nie wieder gehen wir da hin
