The room was good really, it just felt a bit too big for what was in the room - the sea view was beautiful and the air con was a life saver. However, WiFi was only available in the reception area. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I don’t feel that the coffee was any good, just Nescafé added to a big jug, I’d expect a decent coffee machine and the food did not cater for everyone. Full spicy dinners wasn’t my idea of breakfast and while there was a small offering of cheese and meats it didn’t look appealing. This hotel is perfect if you just want a room that is well kept and has very basic amenities.

The location of the hotel is good, but unfortunately the overall experience did not live up to expectations. Honestly, even three stars feel too generous for this property. There were a large number of flies and mosquitoes, which made the stay uncomfortable. The smell at the entrance of the elevator and even in the restaurant was unpleasant. I stayed in room 309, which had a beautiful sea view, but the room itself was poorly maintained. The hot water mixer was missing, so the water came out extremely hot, to the point of burning the skin. As for the Wi-Fi, it was only available at the reception area. The rooms had no access, which is very inconvenient. The food was another disappointment: not enough variety, and when it came to meat, there was no self-service. Instead, an employee served portions at his own discretion, which felt restrictive. Overall, the location and view were nice, but the poor maintenance, hygiene issues, lack of proper facilities, and disappointing food made the stay far from enjoyable.

Our stay at the Moon Beach Resort was fantastic and we can absolutely recommend it! The staff is very friendly and attentive, the value for money is excellent, everything is clean, and the view from the balcony of the beach and the Red Sea right in front of the hotel is stunning. The food is good (Arabic cuisine, not international), and the service is very good overall – except for the internet connection, which was quite poor. Other than that, everything was top-notch!

Stay was ok. Quick check in and helpful cleaning staff Mohammed. Beddings could be improved they were very bubbly and some had stains on them had to request to be changed. Ground floor that gives access to beach are tiled and therefore very slippery, prone to accidents. The stairs leading to the ground beach floor is also very slippery when wet . Otherwise ok stay. Food could be improved in variety and maybe notifying guests what floor food will be served in daily. The beach could be scraped and cleared of all the corals as there are sea snakes on the rocks in the evenings.

The chef was excellent. Meals were delicious. The view was beautiful. It was quiet and no alcohol allowed. Reception was great. Nice black out curtains. Pool was clean. It was easy to get picked up for outings. Unfortunately… The sheets were too rough with pilled up. and mine had a few hairs on them. They changed them when I asked. The sliding door could have been cleaner. The pool was freezing cold. The beach was too rocky.

(I booked twice this hotel so my other comment looks similar but it wasnt finished...) I spent a whole week in this hotel. My criteria was to find a hotel with direct access to the beach and snorkeling area, and meals included. All within 30-35€ per night budget. I wouldnt say this hotel is perfect, but for the price it is a very good deal. The staff is *really* helpful and kind all the time. Shout out to the cook Ahmed (deaf and mute but so kind with such a good heart) and the waiter (forgot his name sorry). Front desk staff, security staff, beach staff, all are also great ! The food is ok but a bit repetitive, not gonna lie, but it is way better than the usual hotels in the same price range. I just wish there were more fruits and some fish/seafood instead of meat/chicken every time. Breakfast is fully egyptian, but adding a fresh fruit juice would have been great. About the room, we got a sea view room, which was huge and pretty clean. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was vasy pleasing. You can see the sunrise every morning just in front of you, above the sea. About the beach, I advise you to get sea socks/shoes, because there are a lot of unpleasant rocks. For snorkelling, you have to go a little bit farer to be able to see fishes. The snorkeling area is not huge but it does the job ! Over all, great staff, good hotel, and the food is fine ! I recommend for this price range 100%.

The staff is very bad, they don't know the meaning of hotel and hospitality, the dishes are unclean, the food is very scarce and bad, and the drinking water is not potable.
