"Our stay is unforgettable. The hotel is amazing. The front dest staff really stands out. Very fast early check in, they also are very professional. Special thanks to Mr. Assem, he followed up with us every day to make sure our stay is as pleasant as it could be. Ms. Nadine is amazing, she took our concerns and comments seriously and communicated them on the spot. The only 2 drawbacks, it’s a management thing, the drinks are awful. 1)They get the worst quality drinks, no cocktails, even the syrups are so limited and tasted bad. 2) They turn off the A/C in the restaurant and the lobby while guests are still there. Which makes is SO hot. We were drowning in our sweat. It’s also a very poor working condition for the staff especially in the restaurant which automatically reflects on how the whole service. "

I did like the violin lady play duing dinner, she was awesome. I was disappointed she didn't play on the next day. The staff iverall were amazing, very clean hotel, swimming pool ,food. "In all the years that I have been travelling to Egypt, I have never met such kind, caring and friendly staff at all levels. The food was good with plenty of variety, the accommodation although somewhat dated in places was excellent in those that have been updated. The crowning glory is the wonderful flat sandy beach with good cover from lifeguards and beach attendants. There was no shortage of sunbeds, so no need to be up at dawn to reserve."
