"Sehr freundlicher Empfang - Ein Familienbetrieb der es in sich hat. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Zimmer im ländlichen Styl eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Für welche, die gerne schnell ein Tee oder Kaffee zubereitet wünschen, steht im Zimmer alles dazu bereit. Bad sehr sauber. "Der Lift ist klein, das Zimmer ebenso, das Bad sehr klein. Hübsch eingerichtet im Chalet-Stil, schöne Aussicht von Balkon, gutes Wifi, feines Frühstück. Tür vor der Zimmertür unpraktisch, wäre nicht notwendig. Nicht genügend Parkplätze, die auch rel. eng sind."

"We had a fantastic stay at Resort La Ginabelle. The location is excellent — just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The complimentary shuttle to and from Zermatt station was a great convenience. The staff were consistently warm and helpful — from reception to housekeeping to the breakfast team. Housekeeping made sure our room was always spotless, especially while we were out. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide selection to start the day right. A lovely bonus was the kids’ room, which our toddler really enjoyed. It made our stay even more family-friendly. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming base in Zermatt. "
