"We had a nice stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean upon and check-in and up to the second to last day of our travel. However we had aunts in our room on the second to last day and the cleaning staff did not do anything about it. Another important thing to mention is that the hotel does not turn on the air conditioning until the building reaches 27 degrees Celsius. "Hotel is in a good position. Had an apartment which was a good size, bathroom was an odd layout though and needed a good clean around the shower. Pizzeria restaurant was the best out fo the choice, good variety, and good quality. Pool's were great as was the water park."

"This hotel was outstanding- from the minute we arrived the service and facilities were perfect. Greeted on arrival and the hotel had left food and water in our room due to a later flight. The room was spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness was great- only little feedback would be to get the cleaners some longer mops for the balconies. It's only a matter of time before one of them drop it over when cleaning. Food was brilliant and service great. Will be back for sure. One of my fav mini breaks. "

"This was our 3rd time at this hotel.The entertainment team were excellent for the children always trying to include them in all activities. I found the bar staff and restaurant staff quite surly.whilst this is good value for a 3star hotel it would benefit from a much better air conditioning system and better sunbeds around the pool as most had been repaired or were broken.also the food was more than adequate for adults in our family (4) but not much choice for the children (3)."
