"We had a nice stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean upon and check-in and up to the second to last day of our travel. However we had aunts in our room on the second to last day and the cleaning staff did not do anything about it. Another important thing to mention is that the hotel does not turn on the air conditioning until the building reaches 27 degrees Celsius.
