"We enjoyed our stay at Felicita's villa. The location is quiet, around 10-15 minutes' walk from two lovely beaches, and some nice restaurants.The kitchen has everything you need, the barbecue worked brilliantly and we enjoyed some lovely meals together outside.The pool is fantastic and a good size for our family with small children.Felicita was very quick to respond to any questions via text which was very much appreciated.We would certainly recommend this villa for families looking to spend lots of time in the pool and at the beaches."

"We had a lovely five-night stay at this property and would highly recommend it to others.The property was as described in the listing and clean upon our arrival.It's in a wonderfully quiet location, which was perfect for us, and very close to gorgeous beaches like Cala Mendia and Cala Anguila. A tip for future guests: visit Cala Varques before 9 am for a truly magical, quiet experience!The hosts were fantastic communicators—prompt and clear. The instructions for our out-of-hours check-in/out were perfect and we had no issues at all with the process.The air conditioning was very efficient during the hot days, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was an absolute highlight—amazing, clean, and wonderfully warm.Small Note; After a late arrival on a very warm evening, we were hoping for an immediate cold drink but found that none had been left chilled for us (instead left on the table). Welcome essentials we've experienced elsewhere (like a box of coffee pods and milk for the first morning, and a starter set of shower supplies) weren't provided. This meant we had to pop into Porto Cristo the next morning to pick up a few things to get us started.Despite this minor note, we had a fantastic time. The property's strengths far outweigh this small suggestion. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone and are confident it could be an absolute gem with just a few thoughtful and personal touches for future guests. Thank you for a great stay. "The lady that met us at the property to check us in was lovely and the air conditioner worked really well, that’s where the positives end.The entire lower floor with the bedrooms had an awful odor, so bad that we went out to buy an oil sent diffuser. We kept all the doors and windows closed, but they clearly had massive gaps that would let in an insane amount of flies. Every morning, when I would wake up, there would be 50 to 100 flies in the master bathroom. The front door handle fell off from the inside when we went to leave the first afternoon. Lights were broken, the place was very dark - even with all the lights on. The Nespresso didn’t work and shot water all over the counter. All the trashcan lids were broken, the step to open them did not work and we had to touch and lift the dirty trash can lids. The absolute WORST was the lack of hot water. After one 5 minute shower, all the hot water was gone FOR THE DAY. It literally took hours to make a few gallons of hot water. Never again, this property is far from comfortable and is absolutely not luxury."
