"We had a nice stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean upon and check-in and up to the second to last day of our travel. However we had aunts in our room on the second to last day and the cleaning staff did not do anything about it. Another important thing to mention is that the hotel does not turn on the air conditioning until the building reaches 27 degrees Celsius. This is in accordance with the Mallorca energy conservation law. I am all for this law, however, the hotel is not well adapted in...

"Lovely family hotel, Amimation team were amazing, the kids loved them all, bar staff and hotel staff lovely and friendly, clean. Drinks were good and no queues at the bar. The only real complaint is that it is supposed to be a no smoking anywhere around the hotel but people were smoking everywhere. At the theatre, around the pool, at the bar, outside the restaurant. We couldn't get away from it which is dissapointing as it's only a few guests spoiling it for everyone else rather than those few...

"Hotel is in a good position. Had an apartment which was a good size, bathroom was an odd layout though and needed a good clean around the shower. Pizzeria restaurant was the best out fo the choice, good variety, and good quality. Pool's were great as was the water park."
