"Clean and comfortable room , great location"

"Booked a double room but the only option at check in was a single. The room was over the bar next door so it was very noisy until late. On the plus side the room was clean & the (single) bed was comfortable, & the towels lovely & soft."

"We had a wonderful break. Very friendly"

"We absolutely loved our stay here, every member of staff was friendly and exceptionally professional, Emma on reception was absolutely wonderful. Very enjoyable meals, spa was great. Beautiful and convenient location, I'd happily stay again."

"As always a lovely stay, with friendly staff & excellent food!"

"Room above a busy pub so (as expected) noise late night at weekend. The room was OK, clean and warm but don't expect anything special, the price of the room reflects that compared to other places in Ryde. No shampoo or shower gel provided, so I got some from nearby pound land. Check in was handled quickly and friendly. Biggest problem was an awful stench in one of the corridors leading to the room and a pile of discarded furniture/junk too."

"Excellent small cottage on a quiet area close to the beach. The host was very kind and organised. Lovely details left for us in the house too, which we appreciated. Everything was very clean and bed super comfy. Would definitely recommend! Thank you"

"Well equipped cottage and good sized set in a quiet location with lovely views. Both double bedrooms had patio doors to outside space, one a communal courtyard, one a private garden. Easy off street parking for several cars, perfect base to explore island, Osborne house being particularly close. Easy to find after ferry from Fishbourne, stopped off at Quarr Abbey en route as literally passed its entrance. Check in easy to arrange with owner. Would recommend."

"First class accommodation. Very well appointed, spotless, well maintained and spacious. Friendly helpful host. Located outside Ryde. Useful for busroute 9,7,3 across the island. Very comfortable and a very pleasant experience."

"The property is very clean and comfy. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!"

"I stayed at this property with my husband, elderly mother and infant son. Both my elderly mother and my infant child are extremely vulnerable to the heat. The blind in my elderly mother's bedroom was broken (despite clearly shown to be working in the listing photograph) meaning there was no airflow through the room, making it not only uncomfortable but also dangerously hot. The windows in my infants bedroom were all broken, meaning there was no airflow through the room and it was ten degrees...
