"Room was clean and spacious, beds were very comfy, wish the bathroom had a door separating the toilet from the rest of the bathroom, but we managed. Plenty of elevators, indoor pool was pretty cool, lifeguard on site, range from 3’-8’ I believe. Did not use the gym, so I cannot comment on that. But overall, would definitely recommend."

"Camp Richardson is a true historic Lake Tahoe treasure. The property is very family friendly from the beautiful beachfront to rustic cabins to walkable paths to bike rentals to a sweet ice cream coffee parlor as well as a well equipped General Store with convenient eatery. The cabins are truly no frills rustic, but equipped with the basics. The Historic Hotel is comfortable with clean rooms and a cozy lodge lobby. This was our families fourth summer enjoying a Lake Tahoe vacation. The kids love Camp Richardson for beach and proximity to exploring outdoors, so looks like we’ll be booking our 5th soon. "

"It was great! Close enough by to walk to lake. Quick stroll to neighborhood coffeehouse. Great cabin! It was warm so kept windows open when we were there. Found fan in back closet to help. "

"Absolutely the most stunning lakefront shoreline on the lake. Wide private sand beach and pier. Flat yard that makes life easy for all ages. Beautiful home with tons of room and great hang out spots. The grand hall with bar and pool table is incredible. We hardly left the property but when you do everything is convenient. Marina to rest jet skis is 5 min walk. Hiking Fallen Leaf lake is 10 min drive. Have stayed at many properties on the lake. This is the best. Melanie the care taker is also responsive and great! Will be back! "
