"Absolutely the most stunning lakefront shoreline on the lake. Wide private sand beach and pier. Flat yard that makes life easy for all ages. Beautiful home with tons of room and great hang out spots. The grand hall with bar and pool table is incredible. We hardly left the property but when you do everything is convenient. Marina to rest jet skis is 5 min walk. Hiking Fallen Leaf lake is 10 min drive. Have stayed at many properties on the lake. This is the best. Melanie the care taker is also responsive and great! Will be back! "

"Absolutely loved our stay at Emerald Bay Village. The beds and bedding were SO comfortable. The shower was hot with great pressure. The set up included everything you need to eat in. It was wonderful. Kim was so sweet to go get us propane for the BBQ when it ran out so we could make breakfast. We will definitely be staying again! "

"My family of four really enjoyed our 11 nights at this property. Plenty of space, the quiet neighborhood, strategic location where we didn't have to go into South Lake Tahoe regularly yet could easily acccess the beaches, ample hiking in the area, and a grocery store were all fantastic. And the kitchen had everything we needed. Glad we chose this one!"
