"The hotel staff and concept of the hotel was most redeeming and excellent. Everyone working for the hotel were exceptional and my opening experience was with Kieran and Raluca and closing with Randa. There were many others too. The social impact values were embedded throughout the hotel. Stunning location and area. The rooms felt very basic and very small compared to the lobby area. It felt in the room quite claustrophobic."
