"Very unique decor, with rooms decorated with wallpaper which replicates several of the actual paintings visible on the walls in the ruins of Pompei. The host was very congenial, and we felt we were treated well. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioner worked very well, breakfast in the morning was nice, and the shower in the room was the best I have experianced in Europe! I would stay here again!"

"This is an outstanding hotel nestled in the hills with outstanding views. The staff are all friendly, welcoming and cannot do enough to help you. We stayed for 5 nights and genuinely did not want to leave. We were made to feel at home at all times and the rooms were very nice and very comfortable. All this said, with such a beautiful property it was the staff throughout that made our stay so memorable and enjoyable. I do hope that the owners appreciate what a great team they have. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"This hotel in Vico Equense is a hidden gem cozy, charming, and beautifully maintained. The pools and private beach are stunning, clean, and truly serene. In fact, it’s one of the few hotels in the area that offers direct access to a private beach, which makes it feel even more exclusive. The villas are spacious and very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. Vico Equense itself is a fantastic alternative to Sorrento less crowded, more affordable, and just as scenic, with breathtaking views of the coastline. The only drawbacks were that one of the villas had quite a few bugs, and the umbrellas at the beach and pool are taken down at 6 p.m., which felt a bit too early. Overall, highly recommended for a peaceful and quite stay."

"If you are going to explore Pompeii this is a great place to stay. The entrance is a one minute walk and it’s not the entrance most groups use so you can get in quickly and start exploring the far end of the site for a couple of hours before the tour groups begin to reach you! Really made the time there more enjoyable. Hotel was clean - looked recently renovated, helpful staff. Breakfast was included at the restaurant across the street and there was lots of parking. We took the train - make sure you book the right train to the station at the hotel otherwise it’s an expensive taxi ride from the other station- lesson learned. Not a lot of dining options nearby but enough for a decent meal. Stored luggage at hotel while exploring Pompeii. "
