"We had a wonderful time staying at the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello. We were greeted by friendly and warmhearted staffs. We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. The hotel had stunning views every corner and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the complementary sunset boating tour due to the weather. "

"Fantastic sweeping Gulf of Naples view (Vesuvius, Capri, Naples, steep hills, …) from every part of the hotel! Comfortable in every way with a great breakfast and good restaurant. Be aware, however, that the hotel is up a sweep winding hill (nearly impossible to walk), so you need the hotel shuttle or a taxi (expect 20E to Sorrento) to get out. The hotel is a great place for a day or two of rest. The front desk staff was cheerful, friendly, and well-informed. We plan to return."

"The hotel was wonderful, the grounds and inside beautiful all facilities were superb. Breakfast was lovely with loads of choice and all waiters really took care and looked after us. Rooms were lovely and room service excellent. All the staff made us feel welcome and were amazing at giving us advice and help especially as we had several problems with lost luggage and a car problem did everything they possibly could to help us. Nothing Wes too much bother. We loved our stay and will go back and would highly recommend to stay here. The hotel and staff our amazing and welcoming. Thank you for making it such a lovely stay. "
