"A perfectly good stay at the palazzo murrano. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful.. the housekeeper even dropped us off at the station early on the morning of check out. The photos probably flatter the rooms a little, but on the whole a very nice hotel. Our room was on the same floor as reception, which was less than ideal, with noise and smoking penetrating the room from outside."

"The rooms were spotlessly clean - as were the shared areas. The staff were so lovely and helpful at all times too and can't rate them enough for this! The location of the hotel is really great, you can walk to the train station and be in Sorrento in half an hour door to door, with the town of Vico Equense itself only being a short walk from the hotel. There is a beach bar you can get to via a long winding path and steps, or there is a shuttle too. The beach bar is on a jetty and you can access the water via steps down, no beach element as such, but again staff and experience here was really great. Would really recommend it as a hotel base if you're wanting to explore the Amalfi Coast. "
