"Fabulous hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Reception very friendly and helpful. Room excellent and has everything you need. Very central location and the free coffee and croissants in the morning a nice touch. Would have given it 5 stars all round EXCEPT the mattress was just too hard. We both found it uncomfortable which is a shame as we would love to go back but the mattress lets it down"

"Rather disappointing. Lots of space in this apartment style hotel but fittings were basic and everything rather 'tired'. Online check-in a real trial and rather pointless. Not much in the immediate area although only a 10 minute walk to Salford quays. Take care with security. My motorcycle was stolen 5 minutes after I arrived while checking in. Owners very unhelpful re. CCTV.... I know the theft wasn't the hotel's fault - just advising care in the surrounding area."

"On the same trip this is my second apartment that we stayed at during the trip, and the experience was great! The apartment had a large sitting area with a kitchen and a kitchen table. Two bedrooms, and a nice size bathroom. Everything was clean, the beds were comfy, and it was in a great location with a parking deck across the street. the staff were friendly, and in fact we stood and chatted with Allison for about 30 minutes after we checked out. "For the money this is a really good apartment. Don’t expect a reply from the owner though, we requested replenishment of toilet roll but got nothing back. One roll for a four night stay! The communal kitchen is useful but a real pain for us as it was right next to the entry to our room……Comings and goings all the while. Security needs improvement too. There’s a sign on the main entrance door to ‘Keep it Closed” other guests just left it open … anyone can then enter the building. Room...
