"The hotel is surrounded by many bars and restaurants that are open to 6am in a very busy and noisy area, but the room was totally sound proofed and heard heard absolutely no noise. The staff are all very friendly and extremely helpful and really couldnt do enough for us. It was my sons birthday and they filled our room with balloons and left a birthday gift. I will definitely be recommending The Resident to friends who are planning a trip to Liverpool."

"Queued for about 30 minutes to check in. Room was nice though, just needed a dust above the TV though & hard to sit at dressing table when not much space. Bed was very comfortable and no noise from outside. Lifts don’t always work."
