Room and facilities very clean, catered for all my needs e.g. self-contained kitchen, bathroom, TV, comfortable bed, safe and secure car bay. Receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. Lovely, picturesque little town to explore in the short time I was there, visiting various places of interest as recommended by "what to see and do in Ross" website. People I met on my walk around the town were very friendly and welcoming."

"I wanted to take my husband and elderly parents away for a few days as these last few months medical issues have hit our family. The beds are super comfy, the lounges are very comfortable and the kitchen fully equiped and a few things in the pantry and fridge were much appreciated. A wonderful spot to watch the ocean and so so quiet. We got the key and got to the front porch which is quit narrow and has a table and chairs on it. It felt a bit unsafe. My dad who is 89 shuffled sideways past the table and chairs with no room for error and mum who is 87 just had a hip replacement which made it difficult. Once we got inside we checked out the back door and realised there is a quite level access to there. The key is for the front door, so maybe consider rekeying it so you can access by the back door or maybe consider a railing that wont interfere with the view. Overall it was a wonderful stay, in a beautiful spot and we would have no worries about returning at all. "
