"Best hotel ever"

"Clean room and great location. Right next to one of the subway stops and a direct bus to go north. Breakfast seemed really popular (I don’t like breakfast or else I would have partaken). A friend said my bed was stiff but I thought it was perfect. Room gets pitch black and the views are great."

"Clean, Good location"

"Everything was great!"

"Todo bien"

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"We were in town to attend my niece's wedding at St. Patrick's Cathedral. We could have stayed at a hotel closer to the venue, but this location allowed us to explore Grand Central Terminal, Bryant Park, the New York Public Library and everything in between. The lobby is gorgeous and the staff was great. Minor niggle, I wish the lobby bar was open just a tad later. They were about to close when we arrived after the wedding, but the staff accommodated us for a nightcap, An unexpected and much...

"Das Hotel hat eine super Lage dafür 10/10 Das Zimmer und allgemein das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten waren leider eine Katastrophe! Für einen Aufenthalt bei dem man eh die meiste Zeit unterwegs ist kann man dort super wohnen. Wir würden es empfehlen und wieder kommen"

"Room was clean and a reasonable size (for New York!) Rooftop was great, but it closes at 9pm. Didn’t realise you could ask for a coffee machine/kettle in the room until our final day- our fault for not reading the info in the room but staff also should have mentioned at check in. Great location. Would stay here again"

"Staff was very helpful and friendly Shower and toilet weren’t clean"

"Excelente el lugar y con buena ubicación muy cerca de todo.."
